2024 Update: I’ve modified my RPP plan to be 75/25 (Equity/Balance), keeping some cash from my rental sale, and I’ve added some non-index positions. I am VERY much still an broad market index investor. 😉

2024 Update: Real-estate has been sold and I’m currently sitting in cash until we decide where to deploy the money.

2023 Update: Since 2022 I have reduced my bond allocation to get closer to my desired 80/20 (Equity/Bond) allocation.

2022 Update: This is my first time putting this chart together and realized that I’m much higher in bonds and real-estate than I thought.
